Randoms...

Little Penny is now 7 1/2 weeks...crazy! i cant believe we have almost a 2 month old on our hands!  Time has truly flown...people always say it will and its so true.  Here are some of the things we know about our little girl...

-she HATES her car seat.  If there was a way we could drive with her out of it, i would.  Thank goodness grandpa jim and grandma gwen only live about 5 minutes away b/c its serious crying the whole time.
-she (like a lot of babies) loves the ceiling fan.  she will just smile at it for minutes on end.
-loves to sleep face down when we are holding her.  she will totally bury her face in your elbow pit to block out all light.
-shes a great night time sleeper. on average she sleeps from about 10:30 or 11 at night till 6:30 or so. now we just have to get her to nap during the day in other places than my arms.
-she loves to bounce. not that i want her to grow up too fast, but i cant wait to see her in her bouncer bc shes just going to go crazy!

We cant wait to see all the other things you love and dont love so much as you grow little p.  mommy and daddy love you!

Penny was having some fun the other day during a diaper change at grandpa and grandma's.  Glad i had my camera handy so i could capture the cuteness!! :)

One wonderful month...

i told myself that i would update my blog a lot now that it is created. ha!...way easier said than done with a newborn.  between soothing little p, nursing, changing, tummy time, pumping...my day flies!  (im actually doing this all with one hand right now bc were having a "dont put me down" kind of afternoon) so i'm going to make this quick and get to the point of adding pictures...

in the past month, we have...

played..

 smiled in our sleep...

 had fun at holly and jay's...

 had snuggle time with aunt celine...

 slept some more...

 had a visit from grandma wendy and cousin skylar...

 had bath time... (woah flash!)

 forced to take pictures with mommy...

 smiled when drowsy...

 snuggled with dad...

 found my thumb for a brief minute...

 looked really cute...

 bounced on an workout ball...

 snuggled with dad some more...

 went to the venice flea market in my moby wrap...

 and loved my parents!
