You are growing so fast. A little too fast. This coming wednesday, you'll be in the double digits in weeks! How are you ALREADY going to be 10 weeks?? Its exciting and so fun seeing all the changes in you. We now get smiles out of you every day and think you might even be close to giving us a little giggle every now and then. We can hold on "conversations" with you now...you coo and squeal all the time during play time. I find myself talking to you about anything and everything. I even talked to you about some things that were frustrating me last night...but of course in a baby voice, so your response of bright eyes and coos were the perfect answer. I'm praying pretty much all the time that you start liking your car seat more. Yesterday was the 1st time that you went all day without screaming in it...and you even fell asleep in it after church at lunch. (We should have taken a picture of it to document it!) You make us laugh all the time...you get so excited about little things and kick, kick, KICK! and jump, jump, JUMP! You kick and jump so hard that you wear yourself out! You'll go for 30-45 minutes straight and then instantly be tired and want to sleep. (its a good work out!!) Here is what you have been up to lately, little Peanut...
Aunt Celine and I went and got pedicures only to come home to find that Grandpa Jim had you in the bathroom sink!!! Oddly enough, you didnt seem to mind it...
And then, while you napped with Aunt Celine, your cousin Lane and i played for a while...
a few days later, you hung out in your sunday's best...
and then you made mom and dad proud by sporting your beatles gear oh so well!
you then went with us to a 4th of July party for one of daddy's work friends...
and then you just looked so stinkin' cute that i couldnt help but capture it on camera!
Sorry i didnt get your daddy in any of these pictures, Penny. Next time you guys are hanging out, tell him you want more pics of the 2 of you...tell him you also want more pictures of us as a family. Ok, you have woken up in your swing now...here i come!! Love you!
Renee, Penny is beautiful and so are you. You're a good mommy. Its so wonderful to see you so happy...and I'm thrilled you're staying home with her. Best decision ever!!!
